Singaporeactivelife

Team programmes with an audit trail.

Singaporeactivelife runs company programmes as scoped engagements. Participants still start with an assessment, train in defined blocks and receive their own review. The organisation receives a quotation, a locked schedule, invoices per block and an aggregate attendance pack. Individual training records stay with the participant.

Team planning session

Who it is for

We take company work from organisations in the Kallang, Lavender and CBD corridor that can field between 6 and 60 participants across a block. Typical buyers are operations, facilities or people-and-culture teams that need a written scope, a purchase-order path and a report they can file. We will not take a cohort larger than 60 on a single schedule without splitting it into waves.

Participants can be staff who already train and staff who have not trained in years. Everyone still completes the assessment. People with a current injury need written clearance before they join the floor. The company contact names a single scheduling owner so slot changes come through one channel.

Three delivery formats

Studio block

Small cohorts travel to 2 Kallang Avenue, #06-12. We reserve racks and the conditioning line for the agreed slots. Group size on the floor stays at six or fewer per coach. Assessment can be batched across two mornings in week 1. This is the usual format when the office is within a short walk of Bendemeer or Lavender.

Usual size: 6–18 participants

On-site sessions

We attend your premises after a floor and space check. The check covers clear floor area, ceiling height, load-bearing, ventilation and whether we can bring a rack, mats and a sled or must work from what you already have. If the space fails the check, we say so in writing and offer the studio or a hybrid instead.

Usual size: 8–24 per wave

Hybrid

Assessments and a review week happen in Kallang. The weekly sessions happen on your floor or as a mix of studio and remote written work for staff who travel. The schedule lock in week 1 names which week sits where. Reporting is still one pack for the whole engagement.

Usual size: 12–60 across waves

Reporting

HR receives aggregate, anonymised attendance and participation reporting only. The pack states how many people were booked, how many attended each slot, how many cancelled inside the window, and how many completed the block. It does not name loads, screen notes, health flags or review comments. Those items stay on the participant’s record. A participant can export their own file by writing to [email protected]. We will not send an individual file to the company unless that person has asked us to in writing.

Implementation timeline

Week 0

Scoping call. We confirm headcount, preferred hours, delivery format and whether a purchase order will be used. You receive a quotation and a list of documents we can supply (scope, attendance format, standard terms).

Week 1

Site check if the work is on your premises. Schedule lock for the block. Assessment slots are placed on the calendar. The company sends a participant list with work e-mails so we can issue intake forms.

Week 2

Training starts. Session logs open. Substitutions for staff who travel are written in that week, including a move to Remote Programming where it was agreed in the scope.

Week 8

Review pack. Individual documents go to participants. The aggregate attendance pack and the invoice go to the scheduling owner. A following block can be scoped from that pack without a new site check if the floor has not changed.

Procurement notes

Quotations are issued after the Week 0 call and are valid for 30 days. Purchase orders are accepted. Invoices are raised on completion of each block, payable by bank transfer on the terms printed on the invoice (usually 14 days). Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST where applicable. The current entry point for an eight-session on-site block is S$1,400; larger studio and hybrid engagements are priced on the locked schedule.

Documents supplied on request: scope of works, equipment rider, attendance report format, our standard terms, and a sample (blank) review cover sheet. We do not publish registration or tax numbers on this site. If your procurement file needs additional company documents, ask for them at [email protected] and we will send what we can by e-mail.
