2 Kallang Avenue, #06-12.

The studio occupies a single floor plate at CT Hub. Four zones share the room: platforms, racks, a conditioning line and a mobility area. This page lists the inventory, the weekly timetable, access and the house rules that keep the floor usable between 06:30 and 21:00.

Floor layout

You enter at reception, leave outdoor shoes at the cubbies, and walk onto a 240-square-metre floor. Platforms sit along the left wall. Three racks stand in the centre. The conditioning line (bikes, rowers, a 12-metre sled track) runs the length of the right side. Mats, bands and a small stretching rail occupy the window wall. Changing rooms and lockers open off the reception corridor. The space is one room, so small-group slots and one-to-one work are scheduled against each other rather than run as overlapping drop-in traffic.

The building has a paid carpark; enter from Kallang Avenue and take the lift to level 6. Street parking is limited on weekdays. House rules

  1. Book sessions inside the published window. Same-week moves are allowed once if the timetable has space.
  2. Cancel at least 12 hours before the start. A late cancellation counts as a used session.
  3. Re-rack plates and return dumbbells, kettlebells and collars to their marked home at the end of your piece.
  4. Phone calls stay off the floor. Brief texts between pieces are fine; speaker audio is not.
  5. Wear indoor training shoes on the floor. Barefoot work is limited to the mobility mats when the coach has written it into the session.
  6. Chalk is allowed on the platforms. Wipe the bar and the floor marks before you leave the station.

The assessment is the usual first visit. If a company site check is what you need, say so on the enquiry form.
