Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website singaporeactivelife.life and the training services supplied by Singaporeactivelife at 2 Kallang Avenue, #06-12, CT Hub, Singapore 339407. By booking an assessment, paying for a block or using the studio, you agree to them. Company engagements are also covered by the quotation and purchase order for that engagement.

Scope of service

Singaporeactivelife provides structured strength, conditioning and mobility programmes for individuals, pairs, small groups and company teams. Every client starts with an assessment. Training is written in six-week blocks. A written review is issued at the end of each block. Session length on the floor is 55 minutes. The assessment is 60 minutes.

We are a training studio. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe rehabilitation and we do not perform medical screening. Information on this site is general. It does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. If a clinician has issued written clearance or restrictions, we work from that document. If we do not have it after a recent injury or surgery, we will hold the start date.

Booking, cancellation and attendance

Sessions are booked against the published timetable or, for one-to-one work, by appointment inside opening hours. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 06:30–21:00 and Saturday 07:00–15:00. Sunday is closed.

The cancellation window is 12 hours before the session start. Cancel through the booking e-mail or by writing to [email protected]. A cancellation inside that window counts as a used session. The same rule applies to one-to-one and small-group slots. A same-week move is allowed once if the timetable has space. Arrival more than ten minutes late shortens the session; we do not extend into the next booking.

Company cohorts follow the locked schedule. Changes go through the named scheduling owner. Late-cancels may be billed as the quotation states.

Blocks, freezes and expiry

A training block is six weeks of programming. Paid session packs (ten one-to-one sessions, or a 12-session small-group term) are valid for eight weeks from the first used session. Unused sessions lapse at expiry unless a freeze is in place.

A freeze of up to 14 days per block is available when you ask in writing before it starts. The expiry date moves by the freeze length. Longer travel usually needs a written hold plus a return session, or Remote Programming. Remote months are billed monthly in advance.

The assessment fee of S$90 is credited to your first block if you start that block within 28 days of the assessment. After 28 days the fee stands as payment for the assessment only.

Payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST where applicable. Public rates are listed on the rates page. Personal blocks are paid by PayNow or bank transfer before the first session of that block. Company work is quoted per engagement, accepts purchase orders, and is invoiced on completion of each block, usually payable in 14 days by bank transfer.

We may change public rates. A block you have already paid is honoured at the price you paid until it expires. Quotations are valid for 30 days. We do not print registration or tax numbers on this website; ask by e-mail if your procurement file needs additional company documents.

Health declaration and conduct

You must complete a health declaration before the assessment and tell us when something material changes. You are responsible for obtaining clinical advice when you need it. If you feel unwell in a session, tell the coach on the floor. We will stop the session and help you contact the person named on your declaration.

House rules are published on the facility page and form part of these terms: book inside the window, cancel with 12 hours’ notice, re-rack implements, keep phone calls off the floor, wear indoor training shoes, and use chalk only on the platforms with a wipe-down after. We may refuse a session, or end a block and refund unused prepaid sessions, if conduct puts other clients or staff at risk or repeatedly breaks those rules.

Guests who have not been assessed may not join a session. Pairs training requires two assessments and two records.

Timetable, liability and law

We may change the weekly timetable, close a small-group slot that is below a workable number, or move an open-programme hour. Booked one-to-one sessions will be honoured or moved by agreement. If we cancel a session on our side, it is not counted as used.

Training carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk to the extent Singapore law allows. We remain responsible for our negligence and for any liability the law does not let us limit. Beyond that, our liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid for the unused part of the current block.

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Last updated: 2026.
