Each programme uses the same loop: assessment, a six-week written block, session logging and a review document. The difference is the emphasis of the work, the group size and where the sessions happen. Read the index, then the detail for each programme, then the notes on how we choose.
| Programme | Who it suits | Sessions per week | Group size | Where |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation Strength | People new to structured lifting | 2–3 | 1 | Studio |
| Capacity Block | Aerobic and interval conditioning | 2–3 | 1–6 | Studio |
| Desk-Load Reset | Office workers with desk-heavy weeks | 2 | 1–6 | Studio |
| Return-to-Training | Cleared in writing by a physiotherapist | 2 | 1 | Studio |
| Small-Group Strength | Shared slot with individual loads | 2–3 | Max 6 | Studio |
| Remote Programming | Clients who travel | Written + monthly check | 1 | Remote |
Foundation Strength is the entry programme for people who have not followed a written lifting plan, or who last trained without a log. The assessment sets starting loads from what you can do in the room that day. Week 1 introduces squat, hinge, press and pull patterns with dumbbells or a barbell, plus a short work-capacity finish. Weeks 2–6 add load or repetitions on a fixed progression rule and keep one session lighter. The review restates attendance, the loads that were completed, and whether the next block stays on Foundation or moves to Small-Group Strength or a Capacity Block. We stay inside any limitation you declared. The coach on your programme writes substitutions when a pattern needs a different stance or implement.
| Format | One-to-one on the studio floor |
|---|---|
| Duration | 6-week block, 55-minute sessions |
| Cadence | 2–3 sessions a week |
| Group size | 1 |
| Assessed by | Movement screen, starting-load session, health declaration |
| Suited to | People new to structured lifting |
Capacity Block is written for people whose priority is aerobic and interval work that can be measured on the bikes, rowers and sled. The assessment includes a short, repeatable piece that we re-test at a fixed week inside the block. Sessions mix steady work, intervals and a strength maintenance piece so the week is still a complete programme. Group size can be one, or up to six when the timetable has a shared conditioning slot. Equipment substitutions are listed in advance because the conditioning line is the busiest zone at 07:00 and 12:30. The review shows attendance, completed intervals, the re-test numbers and whether the next block stays on capacity or returns volume to the barbell.
| Format | One-to-one or shared conditioning slot |
|---|---|
| Duration | 6-week block, 55-minute sessions |
| Cadence | 2–3 sessions a week |
| Group size | 1–6 |
| Assessed by | Repeatable work-capacity test plus movement screen |
| Suited to | Clients who want the block weighted towards conditioning |
Desk-Load Reset is written for office workers who sit most of the day and want the training week to address that load. The assessment pays extra attention to neck, shoulder and hip positions, and to how long you can hold a hinge or overhead pattern before we see a flag. The block mixes mobility tasks, posterior-chain strength and controlled loading for the upper back and neck, inside the same 55-minute session. Cadence is usually two sessions a week so the plan can sit beside a long desk week. Small-group slots are available when six people share similar restrictions. Nutrition talk, if it happens, is general guidance only. The review lists which positions changed on the re-screen and which still need a reduced range.
| Format | One-to-one or small group |
|---|---|
| Duration | 6-week block, 55-minute sessions |
| Cadence | 2 sessions a week |
| Group size | 1–6 |
| Assessed by | Mobility screen with neck, shoulder and hip emphasis |
| Suited to | Desk-heavy working weeks |
Return-to-Training is reduced-load programming for people who have been cleared in writing by a physiotherapist after a break or injury. We work from that clearance. We do not diagnose, we do not write rehabilitation prescriptions and we do not provide medical screening. If the letter names allowed exercises, ranges and loads, those become the walls of the block. If the letter is silent on a pattern, that pattern stays out until we have an update. Sessions are one-to-one so substitutions can be made in the room. Cadence is two sessions a week unless the clearance says otherwise. The review is copied to you; we will copy your physiotherapist when you ask us to in writing.
| Format | One-to-one |
|---|---|
| Duration | 6-week block, 55-minute sessions |
| Cadence | 2 sessions a week |
| Group size | 1 |
| Assessed by | Written clinical clearance plus a reduced-load screen |
| Suited to | Clients returning after a break or injury with clearance in hand |
Small-Group Strength is a shared weekly slot capped at six people. The session outline is the same for the group. Individual loads, skipped patterns and regressions sit on each person’s record. You still complete the assessment before you join, so the coach on the slot already has your numbers. Places are sold as a 12-session term aligned to the timetable. If you miss a session, the 12-hour cancellation rule applies; a late cancel counts as used. Mid-term switches into one-to-one are possible when a slot is free and the remaining sessions can be re-issued. The end-of-term review is still written per person, using that person’s log, and is handed to that person only.
| Format | Fixed weekly slots on the studio floor |
|---|---|
| Duration | 12-session term inside six-week programming |
| Cadence | 2–3 sessions a week |
| Group size | Maximum 6 |
| Assessed by | Full intake assessment before the first group session |
| Suited to | Clients who want a reserved slot and a shared outline |
Remote Programming is a written six-week block plus a monthly video check, for clients who travel or who cannot keep a Kallang slot for a stretch of weeks. The assessment still happens in the studio when you are in Singapore; if you are already away, we accept a recorded screen against a written checklist and delay any lift that we cannot see clearly. The monthly check is a scheduled call used to adjust loads and to log what you actually completed. Equipment assumptions are written on the plan (hotel gym, outdoor path, empty room). When you return, a studio session is used to re-baseline before the next block. Records are held the same way as floor clients and can be exported on request.
| Format | Written block and a monthly video check |
|---|---|
| Duration | Month to month, planned in six-week units |
| Cadence | Sessions as written; one check each month |
| Group size | 1 |
| Assessed by | Studio assessment, or a recorded screen when you are already away |
| Suited to | Clients whose work takes them out of Singapore for stretches of the block |
The assessment decides the first block. If you have never followed a written lifting plan, Foundation Strength is the usual start. If your week is already full of desk hours and the screen shows limited positions, Desk-Load Reset is the usual start. A current clearance letter points to Return-to-Training. People who want a reserved shared slot after a Foundation block move to Small-Group Strength when a place is free. Capacity Block is chosen when the agreed priority is the conditioning line. Remote Programming is added when travel would otherwise break a studio block. You can hold two formats in sequence (a studio block, then remote for a trip) on the same record.
| If this is true | Usual first programme | Usual next step |
|---|---|---|
| No recent written lifting plan | Foundation Strength | Small-Group Strength or Capacity Block |
| Desk-heavy week, limited screen positions | Desk-Load Reset | Foundation Strength or Small-Group Strength |
| Written physiotherapist clearance in hand | Return-to-Training | Foundation Strength once the letter allows it |
| Want a fixed shared slot after assessment | Small-Group Strength | Stay on the term or move to one-to-one |
| Priority is bikes, rowers and sled | Capacity Block | Mix with Foundation in the next six weeks |
| Away from Singapore for part of the block | Remote Programming | Studio re-baseline on return |
The first block is written after day one. Book a sixty-minute slot or ask which programme fits a company cohort.
